I feel like people may be skeptical when someone reviews anything with perfect scores across the board - but this is so legitimate. I cannot stress enough how amazing Kevin was in our first home-buying experience. I started my search on Zillow and would email him houses that I was interested and he quickly learned what we were looking for and always made time in his busy schedule to show us every house we wanted to see! He even spent three long Saturdays with us showing us house after house that he thought we would be interested in. While we were in these houses, he had so much knowledge and expertise that he was able to point out issues that may come up in inspections or ideas for re-models that we would have never known about/thought of. When we finally decided to make an offer on a house, he put together the offer so quickly and it was accepted later that day! He even threw in some personal touches to the offer which allowed us to get a house at a price that we thought may not be possible in a highly desirable area! He also let us into the house multiple times before we closed to help us get ideas for renovations and scheduled consults with mold, plumping, inspection and paint professionals without us hardly having to do anything. I could go on, but to summarize, he made our first home buying experience virtually stress-free and I cannot wait to work with him in the future if/when we sell this home!!
